How to manage your anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.

Feeling anxious is very hard. You cannot sit quietly, breathe, think and eat. Such a state of mind interferes with living and enjoying pleasant moments.

Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way, ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future.” – Deepak Chopra

So what to do to alleviate this condition?

Breathing exercises

7 seconds inhale through the nose - hold for 5 seconds - exhale through the mouth for 5 seconds. think about your breath , feel your chest rise and fall. Just think that whatever it is you are not going to die!

Try to make it worst

it sounds strange but it works. deliberately try to feel worse. I guarantee you won't succeed and it will get even better.

Try to distract yourself

Turn on your favorite sitcom and start doing what you wanted for a long time. Such as cleaning the house or do a skincare routine. If you alone talk out loud what you do or what you are going to do. Be busy

“P.S. You’re not going to die. Here’s the white-hot truth: if you go bankrupt, you’ll still be okay. If you lose the gig, the lover, the house, you’ll still be okay. If you sing off-key, get beat by the competition, have your heart shattered, get fired…it’s not going to kill you. Ask anyone who’s been through it.” – Danielle LaPorte
